Alicia grew up in the Des Moines, Iowa area before relocating to Missouri a number of years ago. She brings several years of real estate experience to our office from her previous position in Kirksville, MO. Alicia’s background in customer service along with her attention to detail allow her to focus on client needs and provide for smooth transactions.
In her off hours, she enjoys fishing, hunting and antiquing with her two sons. During the winter, you can usually find her mat side coaching youth wrestling and during the spring you’ll find her at the ballfields. She has a talent for photography, and is excited about exploring Kansas City!
Lucinda Terrel has played a vital role in United Country – Kansas City Auction and Realty since the company was founded. She serves as the Office Manager and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Lucinda also works in the companies Auction Services division as the head cashier and operational supervisor. Her expertise in these roles provide for smooth, accurate and timely registration services, an accurate checkout process and detailed seller transactional reports which have become expected of our professional auction company. Lucinda’s love of the real estate and auction business and her compassion for helping people makes her stand out as a professional. She works tirelessly to ensure clients and listings are well cared for and treated with the upmost respect and integrity.

Lucinda and her husband Shawn have been blessed with two children, Kaitlin and Nick, who also help in the business, as needed. As a World Ventures platinum member, Lucinda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, in her spare time.
Mr. Terrel joined United Country Real Estate in January 2007 and brings an extensive real estate and auction background to the company with more than 20 years of professional auction and bid calling experience across the United States. He serves as the President of United Country Auction Services where he oversees the management and operations of the largest integrated real estate and auction company in America. Terrel is also the Lead Auctioneer and a Broker for United Country – Kansas City Auction and Realty based in the Northland of Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Terrel is a former Board of Director of the National Auctioneers Association and is Past Chairman and President of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. In 2007 he was named the Oklahoma State Champion Auctioneer and in 2010 he was named the Kansas State Champion Auctioneer.
Mr. Terrel is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at Indiana University and holds the Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation. He is a graduate of both the Missouri Auction School and the Texas Auction Academy, where he is a certified instructor.
Terrel also is Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of a nationwide oil and gas marketing company (MineralMarketing.Com), which specializes in oil & gas lease consulting, marketing and mineral rights sales. His experience in corporate management the leasing and direct sales of oil and gas mineral properties has allowed the company to grow their operations into fourteen states across the U.S.
During his career, Shawn Terrel has become recognized as an industry authority on conducting online auctions and live internet auction simulcasts. With well over 2,000 auctions under his belt, Mr. Terrel has facilitated many of these events incorporating online internet auction technology solutions. Primary area of expertise include: agricultural, recreational, residential and commercial real estate; oil and gas properties; heavy equipment and industrial assets. Terrel has called auctions which resulted in more than $50 million dollars in a single day’s sales price.
Mr. Terrel is a (Retired) Senior Field Artillery Instructor with the Oklahoma Army National Guard where he has over 21 years of service. Terrel resides with his wife Lucinda and two children Kaitlin and Nicholas in the Kansas City, MO area.
Darrin has lived in Western Kansas all his life. He recently moved to the Kansas City area but will continue to have a home in Western Kansas to facilitate his real estate activities and farm projects. Darrin has been in the Agriculture industry for 40 years with a family owned business. Also he has farmed in Gray County Kansas. He has also owned and operated other businesses outside of agriculture. He has been very active in the communities in which he has lived. He has been in real estate since 2005 and has served on local and state boards. He enjoys refereeing NCAA football and local high school football games. Darrin enjoys working with people and helping them with their real estate needs.
Cody Webb is a lifelong resident of the Smithville, Missouri area, and graduated high school from Smithville. After graduation, he served our country for five years in the United States Marine Corps, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan. After receiving an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, Cody moved to Seattle and attended commercial Dive School. Upon completion of the program, he spent four years in the dive industry which was an amazing adventure, however he had a strong desire to return home to Smithville and pursue a different career. Cody purchased his first home and fell in love with the home buying process which has inspired him to pursue a career in real estate.
In addition, Cody has a lifelong passion for the outdoors and spends time hunting, fishing and enjoying recreational activities. He believes his knowledge and understanding of the great outdoors can help others own their piece of rural America. Trisha Brauer has over 15 years of marketing experience and over 10 years of experience conducting auctions. She holds a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree. She is a graduate of World Wide College of Auctioneering, where she is also currently an instructor. She is a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), as well as the state associations for Iowa, Kansas, Colorado, and Missouri. Currently, Trisha is on the Board of Directors for the NAA and serves as one of their national trainers.
Trisha also holds the designation of Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS). This designation is awarded and recognized by the National Auctioneers Association and represents specific education and training in conducting benefit auctions. This designation has been awarded to only 3% of the nation’s auctioneers. She has completed her Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) designation, which is a 3 year program and is the highest designation recognized by the NAA.
Chris was born in Kansas and has spent his life in the Midwest. He and his wife and two daughters make their home in Leawood Kansas. Chris has an extensive background in professional business, mainly in the consumer goods and financial service segments, with over 20 years working in executive positions at highly successful companies.
His passion for the outdoors runs deep. Having owned and operated a 1,200 acre farm in south eastern Colorado, along with operating a very successful commercial hunting business for 10 years, specializing in guided upland bird hunting on both private and public ground, behind world class pointers. Chris also guided trophy elk, mule deer, bear, and antelope hunts.

Derek grew up along the Platte River and central plains of Nebraska. Here he spent a good deal of his free time chasing pheasants through the extensive CRP fields, falling in love with archery hunting deer, and learning to talk to turkeys. Many trips hunting along the Missouri River and the Loess Hills of Missouri during the rifle season lead Derek to northwest Missouri. He graduated with a biology degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville.
After meeting his wonderful wife, Jenna, they settled down in Lee's Summit MO, and have two boys, 6 and 4, and a ball-of-fire 2-year-old girl. "I have always had a strong connection to Missouri after all the rifle season openers spent at a cabin in the Hamburg Bend area in the northwest corner. Those days in the deer stand with my father, brothers, and friends, deeply engrained a passion for whitetails and deer hunting. Paul was born in Texas and moved to Kansas City as a small child. He grew up in southern Platte County and has lived there most of his life. He attended Rockhurst University at night while working in the information technology field during the day. Paul graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, major in accounting, and did his graduate work in the finance field. His I.T. career led to the Chief Information Officer position at three major Kansas City corporations.
For a period, Paul owned a home inspection franchise and then became a real estate agent in January 2003. After 5 very productive years with RE/Max, which included two years in the Executive Club and one year in the 100 Percent Club and two years as the initial listing agent on a 200+ new residential home development, Paul decided to join United Country – Kansas City Auction and Realty in 2011.
